Lastly, we proceed to extract the carpet using high power extraction system.

Mold and mildew are the most troublesome issues we deal with when cleaning tile and grout. Since grout is extremely porous and traps dirt easily. Our process involved scrubbing every inch of grout with a special grout brush whiling applying a deep non-abrasive chemical that gets into the grout and breaks down oils and dirt build up. With that combination we then use an extraction system to clean all the tile and grout. Steam Kleen also offers a protectant to seal up the ports tile and grout.

Furniture Cleaning

Furniture cleaning starts with a pre-inspection to determine it’s needs. During that process we check for any rips or tears that may be effected during the cleaning process. Afterwards, we then use our enzyme pre-spray and a scrub brush to scrub the upholstery to break down oil build up caused by skin contact overtime. After extraction we strategically place all upholstery in a way to ensure the quickest drying time.
